We know that holiday trends change on an annual basis, so every year in October our service provider Pro Travel Solutions surveys our membership database. The purpose of this survey is to ask our members where they want to visit in the following year, this information is then collated and analysed, the results are then used to guide our Contracting Department in purchasing availability for the various memberships' use. This always keeps us at the cutting edge of holiday trends.
We also ask our members what they think of our services, this gives us valuable feedback and enables us to constantly improve our products and services, the following pages are a cross section of that feedback.

IMPORTANT NOTICE – CHANGE OF NAME
We are pleased to announce that the travel agency/reservations arm of our business will take on a new name and a new identity from 1st January 2009.
The name Timelinx was adopted due to the take over in 1999 of a fledgling internet web site of the same name, which was initially set up for Timeshare owners to deposit and exchange their weeks as an alternative to the major exchange companies RCI and Interval International.
Following years of development, in 2003 our own Global Distribution System was launched featuring live online booking and offering a price guarantee. This system has continued to develop and we now work with the industry’s leading suppliers and offer reservations solutions to our Holiday Club members, to travel agents and to travel suppliers world-wide.
From 1st January 2009 the Timelinx name will be dropped and will gradually disappear from all web sites and literature. Our new name is Pro Travel Solutions®, which has been chosen to more accurately reflect the nature of our business, which is to offer professional solutions to Holiday Club members, the trade and third-party suppliers.
UK RESERVATIONS
Pro Travel Solutions PLC is now the name of our ABTA bonded UK agency, ABTA number K0048. The address and all contact numbers remain the same as they are now.
EUROPEAN RESERVATIONS
Pro Travel Solutions S.A. is now the name of our European travel agency, IATA number 78286434, CIAN 29661/3. Again, the address and all telephone numbers remain the same.
We hope that, with us, you will embrace our new identity which will herald a new era of more advanced, sophisticated and ultimately more efficient systems and technology to better serve our loyal customer base.
