Although this exercise has had significant cost to the Group, Mr Garry Leigh said “I have a great deal of sympathy for successful independent travel agents and their customers, who will not have the financial strength to continue and will undoubtedly be put out of business by the XL collapse. I hope that our actions in this situation will help to demonstrate to our members both our commitment to them and our strength and stability in an extremely unstable market”. |
